Norwood Community
Preschool
Play. Learn. Grow.
Norwood Community Preschool (NCP) is a non profit community-based preschool that stands on the land of the Darug and Guringai people and provides quality early education for children aged 3 to 5 years.
Operating since 1959, the preschool is situated next to bushland, a children’s park and sports oval. We are fortunate to have a large outdoor natural environment for the children to explore which includes a mud kitchen, sand pit, and gardens.
NCP is managed by a Parent Committee in conjunction with the Director, Educators and Administrative staff. The preschool values its community and has an excellent reputation. We strive to provide an inclusive environment between children, families, staff and the local community and are proud to have educated the return of up to three generations of families.
